Ginger Taub

Ginger Taub has a long and varied work experience. Ginger started their career in 1996 as a Network Analyst at MCI Systemhouse. In 1998 they moved to Capgemini as an Account Specialist. In 2000, they joined Cisco Systems as a Test Engineer II, and was promoted to Test Engineer III, Team Lead, Integration Test Manager, ScrumMaster - Coach - Team Lead, and Manager/Scrum Coach. In 2017, they moved to WatchGuard Video (Acquired by Motorola Solutions) as a Sr. Manager, Program Management. In 2019, they joined Motorola Solutions as a Sr. Manager II, Program Management. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Resi Media, LLC as a Sr. Director of Engineering.

Ginger Taub has a Bachelor's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Southern New Hampshire University. Ginger also obtained a 2 Year Diploma in Mechanical Drafting and Mechanical Drafting CAD/CADD from Cuyahoga Valley Career Center in 1982-1983. Additionally, they have taken courses in Communications and Psychology at Collin College. Ginger also holds three certifications from Motorola Solutions; Be Connected (2019), Make It Real (2019), and Drive It (date unknown).
