André Cardim is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investment management and project finance. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Investments at Resia since April 2019, André plays a key role in addressing the affordability crisis in real estate through innovative development strategies. Prior to this, André held positions such as VP of Investment Banking at Infrastructure Project Finance Boutique Advisory and Director of Project Finance, Insurance and Risk Management at Odebrecht, where responsibilities included managing large-scale financing projects and negotiating credit agreements.
