Francisca Garcia

Francisca Garcia has held a variety of positions since 2004. Francisca started as a Policy Administration Intern at Brokers' Risk Placement Service, Inc. in 2004 and moved up to the role of Receptionist, Pool Secretary and Accounting Assistant. In 2008, they joined The Sandner Group as an Administrative Assistant and Executive Assistant to the President. From 2010 to 2016, they worked at Brokers' Risk Placement Service, Inc. as an Office Services Supervisor. From 2016 to 2018, they worked at Pharmore Drugs as an Executive Assistant to the CEO. Currently, they are employed at Reside Admissions as a Director of Operations/Services, Operations/Services Manager, Chief of Staff/Product Owner/Operations Lead, and Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer. In this role, they help facilities track admissions from start to finish to eliminate wasted time and cost.

Francisca Garcia received their Associate of Arts (AA) in Business Administration and Management, General from City Colleges of Chicago-Harold Washington College between 2004 and 2010.
