Spencer Steward

Spencer Steward has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Spencer began their career as a Branch Manager and Employment Agent at Randstad Technologies US in 1999. During their time there, they successfully recruited and placed candidates in open job positions, while also developing business-to-business relationships to expand the clientele base.

In 2002, Spencer joined Consumer Source, Inc. as a Territory Sales Director. Spencer led a team of 12 sales professionals and consistently exceeded sales goals. Spencer implemented sales planning strategies and created incentives to boost profit margins and productivity.

In 2013, Spencer took on multiple roles simultaneously. Spencer became an Adjunct Instructor at Rasmussen College, where they taught undergraduate-level business courses, mentored students, and stayed updated on changes in the field. At Collegis Education, they served as a Senior Account Manager Team Lead, where they developed business and marketing strategies, engaged new regional accounts, and led a team of Regional Account Executives.

Additionally, in 2013, Spencer became the Executive Director of Ocean Endeavors Incorporated, where they managed all aspects of public events and raised funds for ocean conservation and research projects.

Most recently, Spencer joined Resident Interface - By Hunter Warfield in 2021 as a National Account Sales Manager. Spencer has demonstrated professional initiative by developing a sales process framework for three new services, leading to a 200% goal achievement.

Throughout their career, Spencer has showcased strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a track record of exceeding expectations.

Spencer Steward has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the Florida Institute of Technology. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Marine Biology and Biological Oceanography from the University of Miami.
