About the Role:

This role is responsible for driving bottom-line growth, utilizing a diverse mix of growth marketing, CRM, product, and growth levers both conventionally and in new novel ways. The ideal candidate has proven experience owning end-to-end growth in eCommerce (or similar). You will be a natural and strong leader who can remain calm through all sorts of challenges. You will display confidence in the business of ‘getting things done’ with an energetic and positive outlook to challenge the norm to be the best at what we do. You will lead the delivery of excellence though collaboratively working with your colleagues across the business (Product, Marketing, Designers, Copywriters, Engineers) ensuring that exceptional results are maintained and smashed.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Developing a multi-channel growth strategy that drives brand awareness, consideration, conversion and retention.
  • Balance marketing tactics to surpass growth goals in terms of SOV, conversion rate, AOV, LTV, revenue per session, referral revenue etc.
  • Create and test new growth strategies and channels to fuel net new customer acquisition.
  • Partner with the Data team to create an analytics framework that enables a comprehensive view of all marketing activities and their impact on brand awareness, customer acquisition and customer retention.
  • Manage a continual testing framework to make informed marketing decisions including A/B testing and incrementality testing.
  • Pivot between contributing to high-level decisions and understanding the low-level implications of those discussions.
  • Being as hands on keyboard as necessary with respect to native platform UI’s, writing ads and scripts and building analysis dashboards.
  • Create and empower a collaborative, growth-centric culture across the team and company.
  • Work closely with a variety of in-house creative teams, external agencies and individual contractors to drive growth through creative optimization and operations.
  • Ownership and management of marketing and product budget
  • Forecasting, planning and reporting responsibility for all marketing, coordinating with all stakeholders (product, marketing, operations, CS)

Skills/Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of relevant growth marketing experience in an ecommerce B2C setting.
  • Deep, hands-on experience with all paid performance marketing channels (SEM, Paid Social, Affiliates, etc.), being aware of new developments, capabilities, and industry approaches.
  • Experience with large SKU catalog, multi product furniture ecommerce brands a plus.
  • Can fluently speak marketing, product, and growth.
  • Has owned all funnel metrics and key business metrics for an entire brand.
  • Strong analytical background in performance marketing having built marketing dashboards hands on.
  • Experience using research insights and behavioral data to deliver competitive benchmark results vs industry.
  • A self-starter who is proactive and dedicated to getting results.
  • You like to wear “multiple hats.”
  • You believe that no problem is too small, just as comfortable coming up with a plan as you are executing it.
  • Experience and/or comfortable working in a global matrix structured environment where collaboration and communication is key.
  • Strong organization and project management abilities
  • Experience with managing large marketing budgets.
  • Proven ability to execute in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience hiring, managing, and developing a high performing team.

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your background, skills, qualifications, experience, geographic location, and other non-discriminatory factors.
