Ann Lippman

Ann Lippman is the current Chief People Officer at Resident. Prior to joining Resident, they were the Chief People Officer at Thirty-One Gifts from October 2020 to April 2022. Before that, they served as the Senior Vice President of People and Culture at Barry's from May 2019 to October 2020. Prior to that, they were the Director of People Practices at MSG Networks from January 2016 to December 2019. Before that, they were the Flagship Human Resources Director at Bloomingdale's from July 2013 to June 2016. And before that, they were an HR Manager at Washington Prime Group Inc. from January 2011 to December 2013.

Ann Lippman attended Harvard University for their A.B. in Government. Ann then went on to Harvard Business School Executive Education for a certificate. Finally, they attended The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law for their J.D. in Law.

Ann Lippman reports to Eric Hutchinson, Co-Founder & Co-CEO. They work with Kirsten Mellor - General Counsel, Scott McLeod - Co-Founder & Chief of Staff, and Efrat Partouche - EVP, Customer Success & Sales.
