Jared Odekerken

Jared Odekerken has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Jared currently serves as the Director of People Operations at Resident since May 2022. Prior to that, they were the Human Resources Director at Thirty-One Gifts from November 2020 to July 2022. Jared also held multiple positions at Barry's, including Manager of People & Culture, HQ Generalist, People Investment Coordinator, and Front Desk Associate from August 2018 to November 2020. Before that, they served as the Director of Human Resources at Chick-fil-A-Franchise from March 2016 to March 2018. Jared has also worked as a Human Resources Administrator at Yurz in 2015 and as a Graduate Assistant at Lipscomb University in 2014. Jared began their career as a Front Desk Assistant at Belmont University from August 2011 to December 2012.

Jared Odekerken attended Belmont University from 2010 to 2013 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music. Jared then attended Lipscomb University from 2014 to 2015, where they focused on Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
