Aedan Dunne

Aedan Dunne is currently serving as a Collateral Analyst in Asset Based Lending at Siena Lending Group LLC since April 2024. Prior experience includes a role as a Collateral Associate at RealFi from December 2020 to December 2023, where responsibilities encompassed managing bank wire processes, overseeing compliance analytics, and maintaining banking relations for real estate financing. Aedan also contributed to cash management and escrow analysis in the Loan Servicing Department, and developed a training program for new analysts. Previous summer analyst positions were held at Douglas Elliman Property Management in 2017 and 2018. Aedan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Boston College and completed education at Iona Preparatory School and the American School in London.
