Jim Hanna

Jim Hanna is an experienced engineering leader currently serving as Vice President of Engineering at Resideo since June 2024, following the company's acquisition of Snap One, where Jim held the same title from August 2022 to June 2024. With a robust background in product design and development, Jim oversaw Clare products, including home control and automation systems, surveillance products, and intrusion systems. Prior to Snap One, Jim was Senior Vice President of Engineering at Clare Controls and held various software development roles at prominent companies such as Sunbelt Software, GE Security, Honeywell Aerospace, and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Technology from New York Institute of Technology, an MS in Computer Science from The University of Alabama in Huntsville, and a BS in Computer Science from the University of Montana.
