Nichol Draper

Nichol Draper is a seasoned engineering leader with significant experience in software development and engineering management. Currently serving as Director of Engineering at Resideo since June 2024, following the acquisition of Snap One, Nichol previously held the same position at Snap One, where smart solutions for homes and businesses were designed and distributed. Past roles include Senior Software Engineer at nicholdraper, Chief Information Officer and Principal Software Engineer at IronRod Health, and Principal Software Engineer at DealerSocket. Nichol has also led teams at Savant Systems, LiteTouch, iBAHN, Callware Technologies, and AMX. Nichol holds a degree from Brigham Young University, completed in 1990.
