Sarangapani Sista

Sarangapani Sista serves as Vice President of Business Transformation and Operations at Resideo since August 2020, advising the management team on strategic business initiatives. Prior to this, Sarangapani was Vice President of Operations at Platinum Equity, where focus was on EBITDA enhancement in portfolio companies. Sarangapani also held the role of Vice President of Business Transformation and M&A Strategy Lead at Artesyn Embedded Technologies, overseeing significant corporate carve-outs. Previous experiences include directing global supply chain strategy at Dell and working as a Manager at PwC, where operational strategies for high-tech clients were developed. Additionally, Sarangapani was a Senior Supply Chain Manager at Intel, involved in factory investment decisions and cross-functional team interactions, and contributed as a Senior CAD Engineer with patent achievements. Educational background includes an MBA from UW Foster School of Business, a Master’s in Materials Science and Engineering from Penn State University, and a Bachelor’s in Ceramic Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, BHU.
