Jorge Sierra

Jorge Sierra has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries.

Starting in 2014, they founded and served as the CEO of AIBI Consulting, where they successfully sold over 30 products and gained expertise in software and app development, sales, marketing, and finance.

In 2016, they founded and served as the CEO of Coophi, a Mexican startup that expanded its operations in Mexico, Latin America, and Spain under their leadership. During their tenure, the company grew its user base to 12,000 teams and implemented an innovative work methodology focused on happiness.

In 2018, Jorge joined Upland Residential as a Product Director, where they developed a marketing-to-sales funnel and introduced investment products that boosted sales by 23%. Jorge also played a key role in team building and management.

Later in the same year, they joined Levita as a Product Director, responsible for leading the development of high-impact and innovative administrative solutions. In this role, they focused on improving processes and increasing efficiency for hundreds of thousands of employees in Mexico. Jorge also collaborated with cross-functional teams and guided value creation for stakeholders and customers.

In 2020, they became a Fintech Product Manager at Paystand, where they contributed to API management and AR SaaS B2B payments. Jorge worked on ERP integrations with systems like Netsuite, Sage, and Xero, and also contributed to the development of a Crypto Reward Virtual Corporate Card.

In 2021, they joined Nómada Software House as a Product Director, overseeing product development and strategic initiatives.

In 2022, Jorge took on multiple roles, including Senior Product Manager at Resilia, Startup Advisor at BrickSell and Stampay, and B2B Payments Consultant at AlphaSights.

Jorge Sierra's education history includes a degree in Fintech from The Wharton School. Jorge also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering & Business Development, a Master's degree in Mathematics and System Optimization, and a Master's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Tech MBA from Universidad Panamericana. In addition to their degrees, Jorge has obtained certifications in Project & Financial Valuation from Colegio de Contadores Públicos de Guadalajara, Six Sigma Green Belt from Lean Six Sigma Consultancy Leadership, and Value Manager Associate from Save International.
