Yoshua Bonar Nugroho

Yoshua Bonar Nugroho (Situmorang) is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations, marketing, and research. Currently serving as a Research Fellow at Resilience Development Initiative since October 2021, Yoshua focuses on market feasibility studies and digital campaigns. As Head of Operations at Damero Solutions Co. since April 2021, responsibilities include overseeing digital and marketing solutions. Previously, Yoshua held significant roles at Toys & Me, including Head of Trading and Head of Sales Marketing, where efforts concentrated on establishing a sales and marketing department for premium products. At PT Kalbe Farma, Tbk, experience involved nurturing and creating brand development plans for OTC products within the Cambodian market. Early career highlighted operational management at Telunas Resorts, including managing daily operations and procurement. Yoshua holds a Bachelor of Arts in Development Economics and International Development from Universitas Padjadjaran, and completed secondary education at SMUN 3 Bandung.
