Clinical Therapist at Resilience Lab

Ahuva Chefitz, LMSW, currently serves as a Clinical Therapist at Resilience Lab since October 2024. Previously, Ahuva worked as a Clinical Therapist at The Counseling Center Group from August 2022 to October 2024 and completed a Social Work Field Internship at Berman Hebrew Academy from September 2021 to May 2022. Earlier experience includes roles as a Crisis Counselor at NY Project Hope and a Social Work Field Intern at Shalom Task Force, where the mission focused on preventing domestic violence and promoting healthy relationships. Ahuva began a foundation in research as a Research Assistant at the National Science Foundation from September 2019 to June 2020 and gained additional research experience as an intern at Columbia University Department of Psychiatry and New York State Psychiatric Institute during the summer of 2019. Ahuva's academic background includes a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Yeshiva University.
