Mara Strandlund

Mara Strandlund is the Chief People Officer at Resilience. Mara was previously the Global HR Leader at Amazon Web Services (AWS) from January 2014 to December 2020. Mara has also held positions as the VP of Human Resources and Customer Training at HD Supply Facilities Maintenance from January 2006 to December 2014, and as the HR Director at Honeywell from January 1997 to December 2006. Mara started their career as the Director of Employment at The University of Chicago from January 1987 to December 1997.

Mara Strandlund holds an MBA in International Business from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, as well as a BA in Political Science from the University of Chicago. Mara is also certified as a 360 Feedback Coach by Korn/Ferry International, a Bar-on EQ-i Coach by Multi-Health Systems Inc. (MHS), a Certified Compensation Professional by WorldatWork, and a DiSC Coach by Triaxia Partners, Inc. In addition, Mara has also received Six Sigma Greenbelt Certification / Blackbelt training from Honeywell Aerospace.

Mara Strandlund reports to Rahul Singhvi, Co-Founder & CEO. Mara Strandlund works with Syed T. Husain - Chief Commercial Officer, Elliot Menschik - Chief Digital Officer, and Sandy Mahatme - President, CFO & COO.
