Dr. Reginald W. Butler Sr.

Dr. Reginald W. Butler Sr., DBA, RBLP-T, is a Lead Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton since July 2019 and serves as the RBLP Certification Exam Administrator for the Resilience-Building Leader Program since March 2021. With extensive military experience, Reginald served as Chief Operations Senior Enlisted Advisor for the US Army from July 2012 to January 2019, responsible for overseeing operations for the 25th Infantry Division and managing deployment preparations and training for a Stryker Cavalry Regiment. Previous roles include Infantry First Sergeant and Tactical Noncommissioned Officer at the United States Military Academy at West Point. Academic credentials include an MBA in Information Technology Project Management from Trident University International, a BS in Business Management and Administration from Mount Saint Mary College, and ongoing doctoral studies in Leadership at Walden University.
