The RBLP was founded by a team with a diverse range of experience in different industries. The team has a strong military background, with the founder being an Infantry Weapons Officer. They also have experience working in program management for companies such as SAIC, American Red Cross, AECOM, and CACI. In terms of education, the team is also very qualified, with degrees from prestigious universities such as National University and Pepperdine University.
