Amy Chang

Product Manager at Resilience

Amy Chang is a product manager at Resilience. Amy previously worked as an executive director of global cybersecurity at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from October 2017 to June 2021. Before that, they were an affiliate (non-resident) of Harvard's Belfer Center from January 2017 to May 2021, focusing on cyber security.

Chang also has experience working in the U.S. government. Amy was a staff director of the Asia and the Pacific Subcommittee of the U.S. House of Representatives' Committee on Foreign Affairs from February 2015 to May 2016. Prior to that, they were a research associate at the Center for a New American Security (CNAS) from July 2014 to February 2015.

In addition to their work in the corporate and government sectors, Chang has also served as a director of external affairs for the board of directors of First Generation Harvard Alumni and as an independent consultant from June 2016 to October 2017. Amy began their career as a research associate at Defense Group Inc.'s Center for Intelligence Research & Analysis from July 2011 to July 2012.

Amy Chang received their Master in Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School and their A.B. Honors in International Relations from Brown University. Amy is also certified from GIAC in Cyber Threat Intelligence.
