Renato Pannella currently serves as the CEO and Co-Founder of LEAD, an agency specializing in engaging B2B events aimed at enhancing lead generation and brand awareness among decision-makers. In addition to this role, Renato is the Fractional Head of Growth at ResilientX Security, focusing on maximizing revenue efficiently. Previously, Renato was involved in Growth Marketing at Dott, where responsibilities included developing national growth strategies and localized marketing for various cities in Italy. Additionally, Renato contributed to Torino Tech Map as a Business Development professional, supporting the mapping and development of the Turin innovation ecosystem, and partnered with the Italian Tech Weekend to foster startup creation. Renato holds a Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, and Strategy from Università degli Studi Torino.
