Ledia Andrawes

Ledia Andrawes, PhD, is a seasoned professional in customer experience and user experience design, currently serving as the Director of Customer Experience for Enterprise Products at ResMed since February 2023. Ledia has held various leadership roles, including Senior Manager of User Experience at ResMed and Senior Advisor, Cofounder, and Director at Sonder Collective since August 2017. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Advisor and Innovation Director for Emerging Markets at ThinkPlace from April 2012 to April 2019, as well as consulting positions at SHL and Rubicor Group. Ledia began a career in design as an Architectural Assistant at TGP Architects and Planners. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy in Design Anthropology from UCL, a Master of Business in Management from RMIT University, and a Bachelor of Design in Architecture from the University of Technology Sydney, along with a short course in Poverty Reduction, Policy & Practice from SOAS University of London and a Certificate IV in Assessment and Training from Future Academy, Sydney.
