Elena Marfurt

Elena Marfurt has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Elena started their career as an Operational Accountant at MOSCOW CAPITAL LIMITED in 2008, before moving on to BNP Paribas as a Loan Officer. In 2010, Elena joined AlfaStrakhovanie, where they held several roles including Specialist in Mortgage Insurances, Bank Insurance Project Manager, and Head of Mortgage Insurances Division. Currently, they are serving as the Head of Sales at RESO-Garantia, starting in 2023.

Elena Marfurt's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from Moscow University of Industry and Finance (MUIF), which they obtained from 2006 to 2010. Elena then pursued a Master's degree in Law from the University "Synergy" between 2010 and 2012. Most recently, in 2022, Elena received a Certification in Business coaching from the International Coach Center ISTOK.
