Jennifer Duncan-Brice

Jennifer Duncan-Brice is a seasoned mediator and arbitrator at Resolute Systems, LLC since August 2011, specializing in civil actions such as personal injuries, medical malpractice, product liability, construction accidents, and toxic torts. Prior to this role, Jennifer served as a Circuit Court Judge for the Circuit Court of Cook County from December 1992 to July 2011, managing civil cases with values exceeding $50,000 through case management, motions, pretrials, and trials. Jennifer's legal career began as the Deputy Corporation Counsel for the City of Chicago from July 1975 to December 1992.
