Natalie Mellin

Natalie Mellin has over 16 years of work experience in the consulting, diversity and inclusion, and people and culture fields. In 2020, they began their current role as Head of People & Culture for Resolution Games. From 2018-2020, they were a Director, Speaker and Advisor for Mellin Consulting, where they provided consulting services for companies around the world. From 2017-2018, they were the Global Senior Lead - D&I for Spotify, where they developed strategies and programs to move their Diversity & Inclusion strategy to the next level. From 2014-2017, they were the Global Diversity & Inclusion Manager + Employer Brand Manager for King. From 2013-2014, they were a Consultant for Banco Santander. From 2010-2013, they were a Consultant for Alexander Mann Solutions, working on employer brand, diversity & inclusion, and employee engagement strategies for GE Capital, AstraZeneca, Cobham, Santander, and more. From 2010-2013, they were also a Consultant for GE Capital. From 2004-2010, they were a Consultant, Client Service Coordinator, and Office Manager for Monster.

Natalie Mellin has studied Gender Studies at the University of Stockholm, Art at The Art School, and Social Science - Law, Business & Economics at Östra Real Gymnasium.
