Parag Alave has a strong work history in Mainframe technology and business analysis. Parag started as a Mainframe Developer at Syntel in 2000, steadily progressing to roles such as Business Analyst, Project Manager, and Consultant at companies like Capgemini, Infosys, and Resolution Life. Their experience includes overseeing service delivery, modernization projects, technical analysis, and stakeholder management in various industries such as retail, banking, and insurance. Parag currently holds the position of Mainframe Tower Lead focusing on Operations & Transformation at Resolution Life.

Parag Alave completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Physics from Mumbai University Mumbai from 1996 to 2000.
