Shannon McKay has a comprehensive work experience history. Starting as an Analyst/Programmer at UBS Investment Bank in 1993, they later transitioned to roles such as Project Manager at Bankers Trust, Program Director at AM Corporation, and Project and Change Manager at Combined Management Consultants. Shannon then moved to ING Australia, holding positions like Senior Project Manager and Strategy Development Manager. Shannon later joined ANZ as Head of Customer Engagement, holding the role until moving to Zurich Financial Services Australia as the Head of Customer Engagement.
