Lee McGrath

Lee McGrath is currently the SVP of Finance at Resolve Systems. Prior to joining Resolve Systems, McGrath served as the Consulting CFO for Early Growth Financial Services and as Interim CFO for Paxata. McGrath also spent 7 years as the CFO for DNN Corp before it was acquired by ESW Capital in August 2017. McGrath has also served as the CFO for Librato, Inc and Panta Systems. Prior to their work as a CFO, McGrath served as the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis for Philips Components. McGrath began their career as a controller for Digital Link and was with the company during its privatization under the name of Quick Eagle Networks.

Lee McGrath has an ACCA (Chartered Certified Accountant) and an MBA from Pepperdine University, The George L. Graziadio School of Business and Management.
