Darnell Griffin has a diverse range of work experience. Darnell currently holds the position of HR Manager - Benefits at Resolve To Save Lives, a role they started in February 2022. Prior to this, from January 2021 to February 2022, Darnell worked as the Human Resources Manager at Sisters of Notre Dame, Chardon Province. From September 2019 to January 2021, they were an HR Manager at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, and from May 2018 to September 2019, they served as a Human Resources Specialist at the same company.

In addition to their corporate experience, Darnell has teaching experience as a Graduate Teaching Associate at The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business. Darnell Griffin holds a Master of Human Resource Management degree from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business, which was earned between 2016 and 2018. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Organizational Management at Morris College in 2016. In addition to their educational achievements, Darnell Griffin obtained the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in August 2020.
