Co-Founder at Resolve

Russell Varriale has had a varied and successful career, beginning in 2012 with an internship at the Brooklyn District Attorney's Office as an ECAB Intern. In this role, they interviewed police officers, witnesses, and victims pertaining to crimes committed in Brooklyn, as well as prepared case files for ADA. In 2013, they took on the role of Legal Counsel at Levy & Halperin LLP, managing all legal affairs for NYC coop deals, national refinances, sales and purchases in New York, Maryland, Florida, Colorado, Nebraska, Nevada, and Arizona. In 2014, they co-founded InsiteVR, and in 2022 they became a Partner at Infrastructure Masons. Most recently, in 2021, they co-founded Resolve, connecting facility operations teams with their 3D building assets to simulate operations and mitigate safety, accessibility and equipment issues before construction. Resolve runs on wireless VR hardware like the Oculus Quest.

Russell Varriale completed their High School Diploma from North Shore High School in 2009. Russell then attended McGill University from 2009 to 2010, studying Philosophy and Astronomy. After that, they attended Columbia University from 2010 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Philosophy. In 2015, they attended Y Combinator for a program in Resolve.
