Ryan Thiessen

Ryan Thiessen has a diverse work experience. Ryan started their career at Blockbuster as a Store Manager, where they managed a team of employees, handled payroll, scheduling, inventory management, and achieved high scores on store audits. Ryan then joined PPM 2000 as a Technical Support Analyst, where they provided troubleshooting and resolutions for product issues, performed on-site installations, and setup of products. Ryan later transitioned to the role of Senior Consultant and Director of Product Management at PPM 2000. Currently, Ryan is the VP of Products, Security & Investigations at Resolver, a Kroll Business.

Ryan Thiessen earned a Diploma in Computer Systems Technology from NAIT (Northern Alberta Institute of Technology) from 2001 to 2003. Prior to that, they obtained a Certified degree in Computer Networks from MacEwan University from 2000 to 2001. Additionally, Ryan has obtained several certifications, including the Ivey Executive Program and Finance for Non-Financial Professionals from The Ivey Academy at Ivey Business School, as well as PMC Level V and Pragmatic Certified Product Manager from Pragmatic Institute.
