David Grace

David Grace has a wealth of experience in program management, technical project management, and manufacturing engineering. David began their career in 2002 as a Co-op on the Drag Race Team at Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, where they designed and performed lab tests and measurements on drag race tires. David then moved to Rogers Corporation in 2003 as a Process Engineer, where they were responsible for process control and troubleshooting for a continuous manufacturing process. In 2007, they joined Burton Snowboards as a Project and Validation Manager, where they managed all new product development projects and led a team of field and lab test coordinators. David also held the role of Validation Manager - Hardgoods, Manufacturing Engineering Manager - Snowboards, and Manufacturing Engineer - Bindings. Most recently, in 2022, David joined Resonant Link as the Program Management Office Lead and Technical Project Manager.

David Grace completed a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (BSE) in Chemical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University in 2003. In December 2020, they obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
