Annette Funk has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Annette began their career in 1992 as an Adjunct English Instructor at the University of Alaska Anchorage. From 1994 to 2002, they worked at Computer Task Group (CTG) as a Project Lead, Senior Analyst, and Documentation Team Lead. During this time, they were involved in projects such as system transition documentation, report design, use case development, and process mapping.

In 2003, Annette joined GeoNorth, LLC as a Business Analyst. Annette conducted needs analysis, developed process recommendations, and created design documentation for an enterprise-wide records management system and an Alaska-based telecommunications company.

From 2005 to 2019, Annette worked at Simplify LLC as a Principal. Here, they focused on developing business process maps, facilitating regulatory compliance requirement responses, and building operations procedures for an Alaskan telecommunications implementation project.

Most recently, Annette joined Resource Data, Inc. in 2019 as a Lead Business Analyst. Their responsibilities included serving as the IT System Testing Lead analyst for an aviation and camp logistics cloud application, as well as facilitating stakeholder sessions for an IT transformation initiative.

Throughout their career, Annette has demonstrated their expertise in business analysis, documentation, process improvement, and stakeholder collaboration.

Annette Funk completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in English at Converse University from 1985 to 1989. Following this, they pursued a Master of Arts degree at Clemson University from 1989 to 1991, specializing in English with coursework in technical writing.
