Joshua Mills

Joshua Mills is a seasoned professional in environmental science and project management, currently serving as a Scientist at Resource Environmental Solutions LLC since November 2022. Previously, Joshua held the role of Project Manager at the South Florida Water Management District, focusing on restoration and water quality projects in the Northern Everglades. Additional experience includes project management for the Martin County Board of County Commissioners, habitat restoration at the Florida Oceanographic Society, and GIS specialist positions at NextEra Energy Resources and the City of West Palm Beach. Joshua holds a Master's degree in Natural Resources Management and Policy from Virginia Tech and a Bachelor of Science in Geography and Cartography from Florida Atlantic University.
