Kat Pattison

Kat Pattison has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Kat started their career in 2003 as a Store Manager at TOPSHOP TOPMAN, where they worked until 2006. From 2006 to 2010, Kat worked as a Manager at Lightning Transcription. In 2012, they joined Crowd Media as the Senior Operations and Head of Product, where they oversaw operations, product development, and project management until 2015. In the same year, they joined Resource Guru as a Customer Success Lead. Additionally, in 2009, Kat co-founded Sonodrome, a design studio specializing in hardware and software development.

Kat Pattison attended De Montfort University from 2006 to 2009, where they obtained a BA Hons degree in Music, Technology, and Innovation. In 2009, they went on to Teesside University and completed their studies at the Institute of Digital Innovation, earning the title of Innovation Fellow in 2010. Additionally, in 2004 to 2005, Kat studied at The Institute of Leadership and Management, acquiring a Certificate in Management.
