Ujiro Ofidhe

Ujiro Ofidhe is a seasoned Talent Sourcing Officer at Resource Intermediaries Limited since August 2022, specializing in end-to-end recruitment across various industries such as FMCG, Manufacturing, and Banking, with a proven record of onboarding over 10,000 employees. Previously, Ujiro served as Team Lead for Data Collection/Evaluation at Connectifie Limited from November 2017 to May 2022, where responsibilities included training evaluators, enhancing customer satisfaction strategies, and overseeing performance evaluations for over 120 retail banks. Ujiro began in recruitment as an intern, managing the recruitment of new evaluators and facilitating training programs.
