Bob Ayres

Bob Ayres has a diverse work experience in the printing and labeling industry. Bob currently holds the position of Vice President of Sales - Midwest at Resource Label Group LLC since July 2020. In this role, they lead a team of 10 and oversees the prime label and packaging needs for various markets, with a focus on delivering $50 million in revenue while maintaining the appropriate EBITDA levels.

Prior to their current role, Bob worked at Avery Dennison for several years. From January 2017 to July 2020, they served as the Regional Vice President of Sales, responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for the company's item identification and supply chain visibility solutions in the retail, logistics, and medical markets. Bob also held the position of District Manager from January 2012 to December 2016, where they directed sales strategy in a 12-state Midwest territory and played a role in new product development. As a National Account Manager from February 2007 to December 2011, Bob focused on business development, particularly in process improvement and supply chain solutions for various industries.

Bob began their career as a Regional Sales Representative at American Printing Company, where they worked from 2000 to 2007.

Bob Ayres has obtained an MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University. Bob also holds a degree in Business with a focus on Marketing from Bradley University. In addition, they attended Marist H.S. for their high school education. Bob has obtained various certifications, including Sales Prospecting, Sales: Practical Techniques, and Strategic Thinking from LinkedIn. Bob has also completed the Harvard Mentor Manager program in Finance, Customer Focus, and Global Solutions at Harvard University.
