Brandon Pottenger

Brandon Pottenger is an experienced Process Engineer at ROi Resource Optimization & Innovation since June 2022. Previously, Brandon served as Continuous Improvement Manager at Merrill Steel, where responsibilities included driving improvements and developing a lean culture across a facility with 110 employees. Brandon's extensive background also includes roles as a Manufacturing Engineer at Buckhorn Inc., focusing on facility upgrades and engineering support, and Continuous Improvement Specialist at EFCO Corporation, where emphasis was on building a continuous improvement culture. Brandon began a career in engineering as a Field Engineer with Bechtel Corporation and held multiple engineering positions at Ameren, including Shift Engineer and Mechanical Systems Engineer. Brandon's foundational experience includes an engineering co-op with the City Utilities of Springfield and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology.
