Cait Naberhaus

Cait Naberhaus is a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at ReSource Pro, specializing in integrating people and processes for insurance-focused business solutions since April 2021. Previously, Cait served as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and Business Abroad Coordinator at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln from July 2017 to March 2021, where responsibilities included developing global educational programming and devising recruitment strategies. Cait began a career at Talent Plus, Inc. as a Client Success Specialist, managing talent assessment projects and conducting candidate interviews in English and German. Cait holds a Master of Science in Gender and International Relations from the University of Bristol and a Bachelor of Arts in German Language and Literature from Nebraska Wesleyan University, supplemented by a study abroad experience at the Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt.
