Charles Norman

Charles Norman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the mergers and acquisitions (M&A) sector, currently serving as M&A Senior Manager at ReSource Pro since April 2014. Prior roles include M&A Senior Project Manager, where Charles led the successful sale of ReSource Pro to Kelso while establishing the company's buy-side M&A strategy. As a Product Manager, significant contributions were made to the development of ReSource Pro's Certs Center, which emerged as a multi-million dollar service. Charles has also played crucial roles in product development, data analysis, and finance, beginning with a Finance Intern position and progressing through multiple managerial roles. Charles holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Economics from Newcastle University. Prior experience includes a supervisory role at Camp America from June 2011 to September 2013.
