Melissa Blalock

Melissa (Mel) Blalock is an experienced Environment Artist currently working at Respawn Entertainment since October 2021. Prior to this role, Melissa owned and operated BlueBelle Art LLC, where digital art was visualized and produced for commissioned projects, managing client communication and project goals. Earlier professional experience includes working as a Front Desk Clerk at Park View Historic Hotel, overseeing guest services and reservations, and as a Stylist 2nd Assistant for Beth Buxton, handling inventory and creative research. Melissa holds a Certificate in Digital Production, Game Art from Gnomon School of Visual Effects, Games + Animation, an Advanced Diploma of Professional Development in Game Art and Animation from the Academy of Interactive Entertainment, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Tulane University.
