Devreet Dulay is a seasoned professional with diverse experience across various industries. As the Business Operations Lead at Respell since March 2023, Devreet oversees daily operations and strategic initiatives. Previously, as a Human Capital Scholar, Devreet gained insights into the startup and VC landscape. Devreet also served as a Content Strategist at Project Keila, focusing on user-centric content creation in the blockchain sector. A former Real Estate Agent at Westmont Realty, Devreet was also involved in mentorship programs like The Commons and contributed as a pro bono consultant at Impel Consulting UBC. Devreet co-founded SkiDry, developing innovative solutions for skiers, and earned recognition as a Top 5 Finalist in the Great Canadian Sales Competition. Devreet holds dual Bachelor of Commerce degrees with Honours from the University of British Columbia, specializing in Business Technology Management, Operations, and Logistics.
