Neena Sinhasiri

Neena Sinhasiri is an accomplished professional in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Assistant Vice President of Learning and Development at Resplendent Ceylon since May 2022. With a progressive career in training and development, Neena has held various roles at Anantara Hotels, Resorts and Spas, including Learning Manager and Assistant Manager of Training Development. Earlier positions include Training Executive and Training Coordinator at Anantara Peace Haven Resort Tangalle, and Business Development Executive at Finesse Hospitality Management Services. Neena's foundational experience began as Trainee Waitress at Cinnamon Lakeside Colombo and Secretary to Executive Chef at Hilton Colombo. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from the University of the West of England and a Diploma from the Sri Lanka Institute of Tourism & Hotel Management, along with other relevant certifications in hospitality and wine management.
