Bernardo Gonzalez has worked in the IT industry since 2007. Bernardo began their career at HP as a Customer Support Engineer and Help Desk Specialist. In 2009, they became a Remote Support Account Advocate for the LAC Region and an IRS L2 Support Engineer for the same region. In 2015, they joined Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a Data and Information Manager and Global Trade Training Lead, where they developed and monitored the Global Trade training strategy for HPE employees, defined Training Curriculum based on job roles, updated content in Virtual Courses, coordinated online courses, and trained, coached and mentored team mates. In 2019, they moved to UST Global as a Marketing Specialist, and in 2020 they became the Head of Customer Team at respond.io.

Bernardo Gonzalez has an extensive education history. Bernardo received a Master of IT Management (MATI) from Tecnológico de Monterrey between 2007 and 2012, and a Bachelor of IT Engineering from Universidad Anáhuac Veracruz between 2002 and 2006. In addition, Bernardo has obtained a variety of certifications from LinkedIn, such as Branding Foundations, Communication Foundations (2013), Marketing Tools: Digital Marketing, Advertising Foundations, Marketing Foundations, Problem Solving Techniques, Social Media Marketing Foundations, Writing Email, and Teamwork Foundations, all obtained in 2019. Bernardo has also obtained an ITIL v3 certification from EXIN Group in 2010.
