Sales Development Representative Outbound SDR

How you’ll make an impact:

As an Outbound SDR, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to uncover potential clients, qualify leads, and initiate the sales process.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn outreach, etc.
  • Qualification: Qualify and assess leads to determine their potential as prospects for the Respondent platform.
  • Engagement: Initiate and maintain meaningful conversations with prospects to build rapport and gather valuable information.
  • Sales Funnel Management: Manage and update lead information into Hubspot, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Handoff: Collaborate with the sales team to transfer qualified leads for further nurturing and conversion.
  • Reporting: Track and report on key performance metrics, such as call activity, lead conversion rates, and pipeline development.
