Martin Schmitz

Martin Schmitz has a diverse work experience in various roles related to technology and architecture. Martin is currently working as a CTO at ReAct Now GmbH since 2018. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Architect at Middle East Broadcasting Center from 2016 to 2018. Martin also worked as a Solutions Architect at IBM Interactive Experience from 2015 to 2016. From 2013 to 2015, Martin was a Software Architect at Sky Store. Martin held multiple roles at BT - BT Sport, including Solutions Architect and Software Architect and Development Team Lead, from 2010 to 2013. Martin's earlier experiences include working as a Systems Architect at 1000heads from 2008 to 2010 and as the Head of Media Technology at Ravensbourne from 2004 to 2007. Martin also worked as a Lecturer and Consultant at Ravensbourne and Universität für Angewandte Kunst from 2002 to 2004.

Martin Schmitz attended the University of Sussex from 2003 to 2004, where they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Interactive Digital Media.
