Hermina Spineanu

Hermina Spineanu is a legal professional with extensive experience in various legal roles. Currently serving as Legal Counsel at Responsive since August 2022, Hermina previously held positions at FintechOS from September 2020 to July 2022, where responsibilities included senior legal counsel duties focused on innovation, digitalization, and technology projects. Hermina's experience also encompasses a role at the National Bank of Romania from October 2018 to August 2020 within the European and International Law Division, and prior work as an Attorney At Law at Dragne & Asociatii from October 2015 to September 2018, specializing in dispute resolution. Education includes ongoing pursuit of a Master of Laws in Sustainable International Development at the University of Washington School of Law, alongside advanced degrees in International and European Business Law from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne, and foundational law degrees from the University of Bucharest and the Collège juridique franco-roumain d'études européennes.
