Andrew Arraial has been working in the customer service industry since 2009. Andrew began their career as a Cash Office Supervisor at FreshCo in 2009. In 2017, they moved to Chipotle Mexican Grill as a Service Manager. Most recently, in 2021, they joined ResQ as a Customer Experience Manager.

Andrew Arraial attended George Brown College from 2014 to 2018, earning an Advanced Diploma in Marketing. Andrew is currently attending Ryerson University for Project Management.
