Ben Shortal

Ben Shortal is a seasoned portfolio manager with extensive experience in the investment and property valuation sectors. Currently serving as Portfolio Manager at Rest since September 2018, Ben has previously held the position of Assistant Portfolio Manager. Prior to Rest, Ben worked at GPT Group from October 2013 to September 2018 as a Senior Investment Analyst and Analyst. Ben's career began at m3property as a Senior Valuer and Valuer from January 2009 to October 2013, and earlier at Cushman & Wakefield (formerly DTZ) from January 2007 to August 2008 as an Assistant Valuer. Ben Shortal holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Valuation) with Honours First Class from RMIT University, along with an exchange semester at KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Bachelor of Real Estate Management.
