Nicolas Sacchi

Nicolas Sacchi is a seasoned human resources professional currently serving as the Chargé de Ressources Humaines Régional at Restalliance since February 2022, overseeing HR administration and regulatory procedures for the Clériance subsidiary. Prior experience includes roles as an Assistant RH at Restalliance, Hana Group, and Manpower France, where responsibilities encompassed managing HR documentation, disciplinary procedures, and employee relations, including the establishment of workplace representation structures. Nicolas also gained legal experience as a Juriste droit social stagiaire at Anact and holds an MBA in Relations sociales and strategies RH as well as a Master’s degree in Droit social from IETL.
