Aimee Koehler

Aimee Koehler has a diverse background in the field of wellness and nutrition. Aimee started their career as a Program Innovations Intern at Weight Watchers in 2012. Aimee then worked as a Career Assistant at Cornell University from January 2012 to January 2013, where they also served as a Cornell Dining Nutrition Intern and a Teaching Assistant for Nutrition, Health & Society.

Following their time at Cornell, Aimee interned as a Dietetic Intern at Sodexo from September 2014 to June 2015. Aimee then worked as a Registered Dietitian at Genesis HealthCare from an unspecified start date in 2015 until August 2016.

In August 2016, Aimee joined Flik Lifestyles as a Nutrition Care Manager, and they stayed with the company until September 2018.

Most recently, Aimee has been working at Restaurant Associates. Aimee started as a Senior Wellness Manager in September 2018 and was promoted to the position of Director of Wellness & Sustainability in April 2022.

Aimee Koehler completed their Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition Science from Cornell University in 2014. Following this, they pursued a Registered Dietitian program at Sodexo from 2014 to 2015. Prior to their college education, Aimee attended Punahou School from 1997 to 2010.
