John Schroll

Director Of Foodservice Operations at Restaurant Associates

John Schroll has extensive experience in foodservice operations and facility services. John started their career in 2000 at Little Company of Mary Hospital, where they served as the Director of Facility Services and was responsible for managing food and nutritional services, environmental services, and ensuring a safe environment of care. John also had expertise in Lean Six Sigma. In 2019, they joined Aramark at Boeing WH as the Director of Food Service Operations. After that, they worked at Restaurant Associates as the Director of Foodservice Operations from 2022.

John Schroll has an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from The Culinary Institute of America, which they obtained from 1986 to 1988. John also holds a Bachelor's degree in BS Hotel Restaurant Management from the University of New Haven, which they earned from 1981 to 1985. In addition, they have a Master's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the University of St. Francis, obtained from 2009 to 2011. John Schroll has additional certifications as a Certified ServSafe proctor and administrator from the National Restaurant Association, and a ServeSafe Sanitation Certificate from the same institution.
